UAE RMC R7 & R8
Dear all,
As you all know, Round 7 & 8 of the UAE RMC will be heading back across the border to Muscat Speedway!!
Even though I have sent a few e-mails out already, please make sure that you read and meet the below deadlines in order to make things run smoothly for the first UAE RMC rounds in 2015!!.
CIRCUIT – Muscat Speedway
DATE – Friday 16th / Saturday 17th January 2015
SCHEDULE – SUPPLIMENTARY REGULATIONS – Will be released soon.
TESTING – Tues 13th / Weds 14th / Thurs 15th January, the track will be open for testing from2pm till 7pm exclusively for Kart Owners.
On Thursday 15th January the track will be open from 2 pm till 8 pm
Generally, kart owners can test daily between 4pm till 12am in-between A&D sessions.
Please note that all testing times are provisional and are subject to change, so we advise you to call the circuit directly if you are considering testing before the race:

ENTRY DEADLINE –
Round 7 – Friday 2nd January 2015 / Round 8 – Saturday 3rd January 2015
Getting Entry Forms and Payments in on time has always been extremely important, but for this round, its even more vital as any late entries could seriously affect your ability to cross the Border without delays, so please ensure that ALL payments and entries are sent to me BEFORE the deadline and, if possible, earlier.!
Any entries received after this deadline will be charged a AED 250 penalty fee and tyres will have to be paid on the day of the meeting where an additional fee will apply.
Any Forms which are not completed or are not accompanied by a corresponding full payment will not be accepted.
COMPLETED ENTRY FORMS – Entry Form
Each Entry form MUST be accompanied with complete Entry Payment; for example:
Entry – 400 Members
Laptime Printouts (If required) – AED 25
Transponder Hire (If required) – AED 200
Used Tyres – AED 150 (only applicable for Round 8)
D1 Tyres – Micro and Mini MAX – AED 800 (per set).
D1 Tyres – Junior MAX – AED 900 (per set).
D2 Tyres – MAX AED 950 (per set).
D3 Tyres – DD2 and DD2 Master AED 1000 (per set).
Whilst waiting for your new 2015 licence, please still send me your Entry Forms and leave the Licence Section Blank and I will fill it in for you once you send me the new number.
Payment transactions can either made at Al Ain Raceway using cash, cheque or credit card, or by online/telephone transfer or a cash deposit made at any branch of ADIB using the following details:

Once you have made the transfer, kindly send over the bank transfer receipt WHICH STATES YOUR NAME by e-mail or fax on 03-768-8477 and I will then be able to reply with your confirmation.
Failing that, Cash/Cheque can be couriered between 2 and 10pm.

Muscat Speedway has a restaurant on site. The opening hours are 10am til 12am.
