RSPC ROUND 3 RESULTS
Last Friday’s Ramadan Super Prix Challenge Round 3 on the Grand Final circuit was an exceptional win again for Raffaele De Lorenzi who started the final race on grid 19. 2nd to 4th position was a neck to neck battle between 3 drivers – Saeed Al Mehairi who got the Pole Position on the final race followed by Hussain Umid Ali who finishes 3rd ahead of Anas Al Halabi in 4th.
There were 24 drivers who participated in the race, but after the heats, 3 drivers retired and only 21 drivers were left to compete in the Final race.
Same as the previous rounds, drivers were divided into groups and completed a 10 minute practice. This was then followed by two Heat races at 6 laps each to determine the grid positions for a 15 lap Final race. Saeed Al Mehairi finished first in both his heats. Carlos finished first in Heat 3 and got the 2nd position on the final grid. The 3rd position was taken by Anas Al Halabi.
