ROUND 2 JUNIOR MAX

RACE REPORT

Al Forsan International Sports Resort – Supported by Abu Dhabi Sports Council

The Junior MAX category once again delivered a superb display of racecraft as nearly thirty drivers battled across another intense day of UAE RMC 2025-26 Round 2 competition at Al Forsan International Sports Resort, proudly supported by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. After setting the fastest lap in Qualifying, Conor Clancy established himself as the early favourite, but Mitansh Jain pushed him all the way with a strong run in both the Heat and the Pre-Final.

When the lights went out for the final, Jain made the stronger launch and briefly edged ahead, but Clancy kept calm, settled down and began closing the gap. Behind the two Mumbai Falcons drivers, Veer Chopra produced an excellent first lap to move into podium contention while Axel Nocom and Oliver Spencer joined the early scrap for the top five.

Once Clancy worked his way into clean air, the outcome began to resemble the opening round—measured, controlled, and decisive. He made his move before half distance and created some breathing space, leaving Jain to defend second place from Chopra. Nocom drove an excellent race to secure fourth, with Spencer completing the top five after a consistent run to the flag.

  1. Conor Clancy (Mumbai Falcons)
  2. Mitansh Jain (Mumbai Falcons)
  3. Veer Chopra (MNM)
  4. Axel Nocom (MNM)
  5. Oliver Spencer (Mumbai Falcons)
