RACE REPORT

Al Forsan International Sports Resort – Supported by Abu Dhabi Sports Council

The youngest drivers of the UAE RMC field returned to action at Al Forsan International Sports Resort for UAE RMC 2025-26  Round 2, once again supported by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. After a tightly contested Qualifying session it was Tadeas Prochazka who narrowly secured pole position, but the momentum quickly shifted as Liam O’Hanlon found his rhythm early in the day.

O’Hanlon went on to win both the Heat and the Pre-Final, placing himself in the best possible position for the all-important Final. However, the last race of the day was far from straightforward. Alexander Freienstein made a strong start and briefly took control before O’Hanlon responded with calm determination. Behind them, Samar Chopra produced one of his strongest drives of the season as he hunted down the leading pair and set the fastest lap of the race.

In the closing laps O’Hanlon held firm under pressure to secure his second victory of the campaign, while Freienstein and Chopra completed the podium after a thrilling three-way fight to the flag.

  1. Liam Ohanlon (GGM)
  2. Alexander Freienstein (Motorscape)
  3. Samar Chopra (MNM)
  4. Ammar Tabaza (Xcel Motorsport)
